Rhome is in Wise County, about nineteen miles north of us — out FM 730 from Azle, then up US 287. That puts it on the north end of what we run, and well inside it.
We fill tanks at homes, at farms and at businesses. We set new tanks, and we service the ones we set. Watch the gauge, and call before the needle gets near the bottom.
The north end of the route is where planning ahead pays. When a hard freeze is in the forecast every customer we have thinks about propane on the same morning, and a loaded bobtail moves slower on a bad road than it does on a good one. Check the gauge when the weather turns, not when the ice arrives. A tank that is already full is one less thing to think about, and a full tank is a heavier tank, which matters if water ever comes up.
