How to order

Check the gauge.
Lift the lid on top of the tank. The dial reads in percent, not gallons — it shows how full the tank is. Check it when the weather turns, and check it before a cold week.

Call while there is still gas in the tank.
Waiting until the needle is on the bottom turns a routine delivery into a service call.

New to us?
Already have a tank from another company? Look for the name on the tank — whoever owns that tank is the only one allowed to fill it.

Before we come out
- Clear the driveway and a path to the tank. If the driver cannot reach it, the driver cannot fill it.
- Keep the lid free so the gauge can be read and the truck can fill it.
- Trim the branches over the driveway and around the tank. A bobtail is taller and wider than your truck.
- Do not store anything against the tank or under it. Not firewood, not mowers, not trash, not tires.

Ran out of gas?
When a tank runs dry, the gas stops, the pilots go out, and the system loses pressure.
Before anything gets lit again, the whole system has to be leak-tested. That is required by code any time service is interrupted — not a fee we invented. Then the pilots get relit and every appliance gets checked.
Do not relight anything yourself after a runout. Trying to relight before the leak test is one of the most common ways people get hurt.
